-   Large cracks need appropriate filling and treatment. Also need appropriate waterproofing at damped areas like wall foots, balcony, etc…

-     For old wall surfaces with peelings off, mould, remove the old paint film with appropriate tools. Treat area affected by mould, lichen, algae or moss with Dulux Fungicidal Wash (A980-19260). Use Dulux Interior
