Description

TOA Cemputty is a skim smoothing rendering powder to be mixed with water for repairing surface defects in concrete. A smooth surface is obtained by eliminating blemishes ie. Grooves, seams and fine cracks. Can be applied to exterior substrates which give good adhesion.

TOA Cemputty is used for cosmetic repairs to concrete surfaces, precast concrete panels, brick and block works etc. Physical Properties

Instruction for use

Surface Preparation

All surface to be treated should be free from loose dirt, dust etc. Any free surface water must be removed and cracks repaired before application.

Mixing

Fill sufficient clean water into a container. Add TOA Cemputty to the water and mix until a smooth workable consistency is achieved. If a mix has thickened  due to delayed application do not dilute futher with water.

Application System

1. Apply first layer of approx. 1-2 mm. thickness by using trowel or putty knife to the cleaned substrate.

2. Apply the second layer of identical thickness after a waiting time of 1.5-2 hrs

3. Sand the surface with sandpaper for more smoothness.

Notice

-  Don't plaster surface have more 40 C.

-  Dry wall and absorbent surface, need to make up wet surface & reduce temperature.

Cleaning

Clean equipment with water immediately after use.

Precautions

Protect skin and eyes from contact with product. Wear protective clothing goggles while working with the products. Should the material enter the eyes rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
