Description

TOA Weatherkote No.3 is a water-based non-fibred high grade bitumen emusion

for waterproofing and protection of concrete ,wood and metal.It dries to form a

black flexible bitumen film which will not flow or sag.

For WaterProofing :

1.Clean the surface.Brush with TOA WeatherkoteNo.3 diluted 1:1 with water. Allow to dry.

2.Apply 2 neat coats of undiluted TOA Weatherkote No.3 at a ratio of 0.5 kg/m2

by brush or roller , allow to dry between coats.

3.If required,mix TOA Weatherkote No.3 wiyh fine sand and cement to make into

mastic for cracks.

For Rust Prevention :

1.Clean and remove rust from surface.

2.Apply 2 coats of TOA Weatherkote No.3 at a rate of 0.5 kg/m2.

Allow to dry between layers.Leave until completely dry

Tool Cleaning :

Use water when wet and kerosene when dry

Remark :

- Use only water to dilute.Do not use organic solvent or oils

- Keep the remaining of TOA Weatherkote No.3 in a tightly close container topping up with 1 cm water.

Surface Preparation

1.Clean surface thorough to be free from rust,dirt and grease.

The surface must be dry and clean,free from oil,grease or waxy

2.Shake can thorough  2 minutes before using and shake periodically during spray.

3.Spray from a distance about 1 foot.

4.For better result,apply several thin coat with an interval of 10 minutes.

5.After spraying turn cap upside down and press sprayhead to clean the spray nozzle.

Keep away from children and avoid contact with eyes, do not keep paint in

Do not spray near fire or open flame

Do not store above 40^oC

Spray in well ventilated area

Do not throw away an empty can or incinerate can.
