Desciption

Sikafloor 2530W New is a high-performance colored, two-component dispersion based on epoxy resin.

Uses:

For the production of colored sealing coats for light and medium exposure. On concrete, cement screed, epoxy mortar fiber cement boards, e.g. in pro- duction and storage halls, show rooms, garages, wet rooms, civil defense facilities. As deicing salt protection on tunnel walls and galleries not exposed to weathering.

Application:

Min. 12 months if stored properly in unopened, original packaging

The substrates must be of sufficient strength (compressive strength mini-

mum 25 N/mm ). The surface should be level, solid and dry as well as

free from loose, friable particles and oil, etc. The pull-off strength should

be above 1.5 N/mm .

A sound and clean substrate is of utmost importance, in particular as this

flooring system is a thin layer system, hence loads applied to the floor are

transmitted to the substrate.

Cavities or defects in the surface should be levelled with suitable mate-

rial (e.g. using Sikagard 75 Epocem) prior to treatment.

Prior to mixing stir component A well. Mix component A+B intensively in the

recommended mixing ratio by means of an electric power stirrer (maxi-

mum 500 rpm).

Mixing time is minimum 3 minutes but it may take longer until a homo-

geneous mixture is achieved. Fill mixed material into a clean container

and mix again shortly.
